Please Note The Following Terms and Conditions

  • Gidi Hotel Apartment reserves the right to evict guests if guests exceed maximum capacity and in such scenario, guests would not be entitled to a refund.
  • Gidi Hotel Apartment reserves the right to evict guests if guests hold parties in Non-party apartments and in such scenario, guests would not be entitled to a refund.
  • Every apartment attracts a caution deposit equivalent to a one day booking at the same apartment. Caution Deposit will be refunded after guests check out and we confirm that no damage was done to the apartment.
  • Gidi Hotel Apartment reserves the right to withhold the caution deposit if any damage is done to the apartment.
  • Gidi Hotel Apartment reserves the right to withhold the caution deposit if anything is missing in the apartment.

Other Notes

  • All apartments have a maximum capacity that must not be exceeded. If guests are found defaulting of the capacity limit, then they will be evicted without a refund
  • All apartments have a no-parties-allowed rule unless explicitly stated.
  • Gidi Hotel Apartment reserves the right to evict guests without a refund If guests physically abuse or harass Gidi Hotel Apartment staff or representative
  • Bookings must be cancelled twenty for hours before check-in for guests to receive a full refund. Guests that cancel on the same day as the booking will pay a penalty equivalent to one day booking at the apartment.
